It’s not often an elopement consists of overcoming broken bones and gusting winds. But despite it all we prevailed, creating a series of wedding photos in Glacier National Park that are as touching as they are spectacular. This one really shows off why East Glacier is one of my favorite spots in the park.

What a whirlwind of a day. From the romantic first look, to the last kit in the pink twilight of dusk, this was one heck of an elopement. These two lovebirds tied the knot on the stony shore of the Merced River with Yosemite’s El Capitan Towering above. You’ll just have to see for yourself how perfect the setting was for this love story.

From a quiet sunrise at Taft Point, to an unforgettable sunset at Olmsted Point, these two love birds traveled with me from one end of the park to the other. All the while creating amazing images and seeing the very best Yosemite has to offer. You gotta check this one out.
