Taft Point offers an incredible elopement experience unlike any other. Taft Point is a granite outcropping with sheer drops to the valley below, giving it views of the valley, and El Capitan second to none. Standing near the valley rim, one is rewarded with incredible views of the valley below that will take your breath away. While it is accessible via the same trailhead as Sentinel Dome these two locations offer vastly different views and a more adventurous setting. Definitely not a good choice for those with a fear of heights.
