Ruby BEACH, OLYMPIC NATIONAL PARK ELOPEMENT DESTINATION

Crashing waves, Misty forests, rugged rock formations, and all right at the trailhead

Ruby Beach is without a doubt one of the most brilliant gems of Olympic National Park. Pun intended. Located on the western side of the peninsula just south of the town of Forks, this scenic stretch of beach has everything you could dream of in an elopement destination. From towering sea stacks and forested cliffs to driftwood and streams. Sunsets here can be rare due to the marine layer, but if you get lucky, they are pure magic. Want a foggy, moody look for your shoot instead? Plan on a sunrise session here and more likely than not your wish will be granted.

Groom kisses bride on the forehead at Ruby Beach

To make things even better for Ruby Beach as a wedding destination, it is one of the few locations inside Olympic that allows dogs. So your furry friends can join you for your wedding here. For ceremonies this spot is extremally convenient as the large parking lot and restrooms are just a short walk away.

All in all Ruby beach is one of my favorite spots in Olympic for elopements and photos alike. You certainly can’t go wrong eloping here
